Since our honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta in 1989, we have fallen in love with Mexico, the warm, friendly people and the cultural diversity of the country.

Having lived in Seattle for many years, our retreat during the gray, overcast and cold days was Cabo San Lucas. We moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1998 and discovered Mexico was not a plane trip away, only a 4 hour drive. We began coming to Puerto Penasco (aka "Rocky Point") in 2000. That same year we bought a house on Whale Hill where we currently live full time. We have also purchased several other properties since that time.

I have lived and worked in Rocky Point doing real estate sales for the past 4 years. For 2½ years I was an on site sales agent for Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. The other 1½ years I have been doing general real estate. In July of 2006, my husband Morley joined me in Rocky Point full time and we now work as a sales team for Realty Executives. Morley is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona.

Making a decision even to look at real estate in Mexico is a big step. There are some things that are different about buying in Mexico, though this is starting to change somewhat. It is our job to educate, answer questions and be there for you throughout the entire process. We find it especially gratifying to maintain these relationships with our clients after the sale and are honored when our clients refer their friends.
